Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and support enterprise infrastructure platforms with primary accountability for server, storage, and VDI services, ensuring stability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
Lead the operational management, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the VDI platform, driving stable delivery of end-user virtualization services, enhancement of user experience, and roadmap planning for platform evolution.
Oversee the day-to-day health, maintenance, patching, upgrade planning, lifecycle management, and capacity management of infrastructure platforms.
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure solutions aligned with business, technology, security, and control requirements.
