Infrastructure and IT Security Operations Center Lead

Position Overview
The Infrastructure and Security Operations Center Lead will oversee the local infrastructure and information security teams in Manila, working closely with global functional chapter leads in a matrix organization. This role is responsible for driving team engagement and performance, ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continual improvement across functional chapters such as Network, Windows/Linux, Database, Middleware, End User Services, Identity and Access Management, and Project Management. The Center Lead will collaborate with regional and global infrastructure chapter leads to develop the local workforce, drive team performance, and shape the center's evolution and strategy.
