Infrastructure Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading all commercial and quantity surveying functions on infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration, risk management, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. The role supports successful project delivery while maximizing value and minimizing commercial risk.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Administer contracts (FIDIC or similar) and ensure contractual compliance.
• Develop procurement strategies in coordination with project teams.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, planners, and procurement teams.
• Prepare detailed commercial reports for senior management.
