Infrastructure Engineer - Day 1/ Cloud / Cyber Security

Responsibilities

• Execute technical implementation tasks
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Deliver post-deployment support
• Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks
• Support client training and handover
• Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
• Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus
• 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred
• Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial
• Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts
• Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
• Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs
