Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Patching & Upgrades
Apply OS patches on Unix systems
Upgrade storage firmware / controllers (NAS + SAN)
OS Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor Unix servers for CPU, memory, disk, network usage
Fix system-level issues affecting performance or stability
Storage Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor NAS (Network Attached Storage) and SAN (Storage Area Network)
Identify storage bottlenecks (slow I/O, high latency)
Resolve LUN issues, mounting problems, storage connectivity failures
Requirements:
Unix/Linux administration
NAS systems (NetApp, Dell EMC, Synology, etc.)
SAN systems (Brocade, Hitachi, EMC, IBM, etc.)
Storage provisioning (LUN, RAID, snapshots)
Strong troubleshooting on OS + Storage layers
