Job Description
- Install, configure, and administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, patching, troubleshooting).
- Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi or Microsoft Hyper‑V .
- Deploy, configure, and support cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure (any one is sufficient).
- Perform server provisioning, backups, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Manage Active Directory, domain services, user/group management, and security hardening.
- Troubleshoot server, virtualization, and cloud‑related issues end‑to‑end.
- Execute OS upgrades, migrations, and DR operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for infrastructure improvements and automation.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and adhere to ITIL processes.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019/2022).
