Infrastructure Engineer, Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are actively sourcing for a L2–L3 Infrastructure Administrator, who will be responsible for providing Business-as-Usual (BAU) support for Ascentium's infrastructure, and ensuring stable and efficient operations across the environment. In addition to the BAU responsibilities, the role will contribute to project initiatives focused on infrastructure enhancements and security revamp efforts within the Business Unit(s).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support M365 suite, with mandatory hands-on administration of Exchange online (transport rule, connector, compliance policy), Teams (UC, VC, Teams IM, channels), OneDrive/SharePoint (B2B, device sync, usage report), Intune(endpoint management, security policy, device onboarding, autopatch, autopilot), etc
• Administer and maintain Azure services (Identity and access control, enterprise app, resource provision, Azure monitor, billing).
