Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and security groups across on-prem and AWS environments.
Monitor, operate, and support network connectivity for internal systems and external integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to routing, connectivity, performance, and security.
Perform firmware and software upgrades on network hardware and virtual appliances.
Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, IP address management records, and technical documentation.
Monitor bandwidth usage, track hardware performance and failures, conduct capacity planning, and support audits.
