Our client is seeking an Infrastructure Documentation & Support Engineer to join their busy infrastructure team during a critical period of transformation and compliance enhancement. This role will play a key part in ensuring that the organisation’s infrastructure is fully documented and compliant with the Network and Information Systems Regulations.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time producing and validating technical documentation, working closely with infrastructure engineers to capture accurate configurations, processes, and standards across the environment. The remaining time will involve assisting with 3rd line support activities and contributing to key infrastructure projects.
