Infrastructure Engineer, System

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer, System (Jr.) to assist in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of Windows systems, virtualization, and enterprise IT solutions, with a strong desire to learn and develop troubleshooting skills. This role involves system maintenance, security, and providing IT support to end-users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.) System Administration

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers.
• Assist in managing physical and virtual servers, including Windows Server environments.
• Support Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
