Job Overview

Highly skilled z/OS Systems programmer, highly skilled at z/OS internals, able to debug system and application dumps using IPCS and Abend-aid tools. Must be expert at SMP/E product installs. Must have strong Broadcom ESP Installation and Product Maintenance experience.

This position requires configuration changes using Service Now to take place during our Change Windows. Occasional night shift work for these changes is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, customize, support and maintain z/OS and related products.
• Install, administer and maintain IBM and third party products.
• Train and guide junior staff members.
• Maintain current documentation related to each OEM software product.
• Work with vendors for system support and problem resolution.
