Infrastructure Lawyer (Electricity)
Elevate is supporting a global technology client in engaging an experienced electricity sector lawyer for a part-time, 6-month contract role, with strong potential to extend. The role supports datacenter electricity matters across the APAC region and requires availability aligned to Singapore business hours.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior business stakeholders, in-house legal teams, and external counsel, advising on complex electricity and regulatory matters and progressing negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on electricity interconnection and supply arrangements for data centres.
Supporting negotiations with utilities, data centre landlords, and renewable energy developers (including PPAs and attribute agreements).
Providing legal and regulatory insights on electricity policy matters.
Collaborating with internal teams and local law firms across APAC.
