Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Lead to architect, design, and deliver cloud-native infrastructure for COTS applications, with a focus on Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms—especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)—and strong bilingual (English and Japanese) communication skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The role involves end-to-end infrastructure leadership, from design through operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Design: Architect and implement cloud-native infrastructure solutions for Oracle BRM and related COTS systems. Design scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure based on OCI and container-based architectures. Ensure solutions comply with performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
