Job Description

Become an Infrastructure Maintenance Laborer with Webber, part of Ferrovial. Focus on snow management, cleanup, and equipment operation for roadways and related assets.
This position supports highway maintenance primarily through snow and debris removal. You'll operate various tools and vehicles under changing outdoor conditions, ensuring safety and efficiency in maintaining road surfaces. Your teamwork and communication skills will be essential as you assist traffic control and respond to emergencies. Flexibility for overtime and travel is important.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow removal equipment during winter
• Maintain road cleanliness by removing debris
• Load and unload necessary materials
• Control vegetation growth across roadways
• Support traffic control as required
