PROJECT MANAGER INFRASTRUCTURE – NUNAVIK PARKS

Location: Kuujjuaq, Quebec

Salary: CA$63,716 – CA$109,329 per year

Cost‑of‑living differential: minimum CA$8,500 annually

Food allowance: minimum CA$4,216 annually

Annual leave: maximum 3 trips per person annually

Vacation: 20 days annually

Statutory holidays: 20 days, including 10 during the Christmas period

Responsibilities

• Draft a master plan for physical assets management in parks, including preventive maintenance programs
• Implement preventive maintenance programs in collaboration with the Maintenance Technician and local Park Operations Coordinators
• Plan and manage the implementation of parks’ infrastructure projects according to Master Plans and Development Plans, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, rules, standards, and managing project inspections, tenders, construction, and technical follow‑up
