Infrastructure Security Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Manager – Infrastructure Security to strengthen the security, compliance, and resilience of our IT infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. This is an individual contributor role, working closely with IT custodians, risk, and compliance teams within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and review SOPs for BAU infrastructure security operations
Ensure consistent implementation of security policies and standards across platforms
Drive and maintain PCI DSS 4.0 compliance readiness
Perform periodic firewall rule reviews and ensure policy compliance
Track and manage remediation of findings from Network Vulnerability Assessments (NVA)
Manage DLP exception requests, governance, and approvals
Coordinate internal NVA and wireless penetration testing
Disseminate Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to IT custodians
