Are you a talented 3rd Line Engineer who thrives in high-availability environments? Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges across infrastructure, networking, and security?

Our client is expanding their Technical Operations function and is looking for two experienced 3rd Line Technical Support Engineers to support a critical 24/7 service. This role offers long stretches of downtime between shifts, complex technical exposure, and the chance to work with leading-edge technologies such as Fortinet SD-WAN, Cisco ISE, Meraki Wi-Fi, and advanced security tooling .

This is primarily a remote role - you'll only need to travel to Hull or Newcastle 1-2 days per week .
