Infrastructure Services Engineer

We're looking for an infrastructure services engineer to join our ranks. Our ideal candidate will possess five or more years of network engineering experience, as well as excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities

+ Perform regular maintenance and updates on infrastructure and network components, including servers, virtualization, and networking equipment.

+ Administer and oversee enterprise network and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

+ Monitor and respond to system and network alerts, including after-hours incidents, as part of an on-call rotation.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and network issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.

+ Implement and maintain firewall policies, load balancing, and network segmentation strategies.
