Salary Details: BS 26-29 (currently £32,916 - £36,573)
Hours of Work: Full-time 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, Salaried

We’re seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our IT team in a developmental, hands-on role supporting servers, networks, virtualisation and security systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early experience (or an apprenticeship / placement background) who wants to grow their technical skills in a supportive environment.
What you’ll do
Assist with day-to-day infrastructure operations (servers, storage, virtualisation and networks)
Monitor system health, dashboards, backups and alerts
Carry out routine tasks, checks and basic diagnostics
Resolve lower-level incidents and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
