Role Summary
Infrastructure Support Specialist responsible for middleware and infrastructure support of business‑critical banking applications across Production and Non‑Production environments. The applications support user login, account opening, and high‑value payment transactions, requiring strong availability, monitoring, and rapid incident response.

Primary Skills (Must‑Have)
WebLogic Server administration
JBoss Application Server administration
UNIX / Linux / Solaris
Apache & iPlanet Web Servers
Oracle Database (support & migration coordination)
JVM Heap configuration, thread dumps, log analysis
Production support & incident management
Good to Have
