A leading organisation is searching for a Project Finance and Infrastructure Investment professional to help expand their infrastructure investment footprint. This is an opportunity for a commercially astute dealmaker to play a pivotal role in originating, structuring and managing complex debt and equity transactions across the full investment lifecycle.
 
Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will assist in growing the Project Finance and Infrastructure investment business by:
• Identifying, assessing and structuring infrastructure investments for third-party clients across debt and equity instruments.
• Originating new debt-related transactions by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Structuring, negotiating and executing transactions, including preparing term sheets and funding proposals.
