Infusion Pharmacist

The Pharmacist is a licensed professional who is responsible for the safe and appropriate dissemination of pharmacy services including medications and pertinent supplies. The Pharmacist also monitors the flow of activities in the pharmacy department including the processing of medication orders, sterile compounding preparation, order assembly, and inventory while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with all One Infusion policies and procedures, pharmacy practice professional standards (e.g., USP 797/800) and applicable regulatory agencies such as Accreditation Counsel for Home Care (ACHC).

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Maintains a working knowledge of sterile IV admixtures, aseptic technique, and environmental monitoring in accordance with the guidelines set forth by USP 797/800.
