Job Description

In our team, you will support the operations and software maintenance of ESA flight dynamics systems used for trajectory analysis, trajectory optimisation, and AOCS command generation.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for aerospace engineers with background
and interest in flight dynamics.

If this position sounds like a perfect fit for you, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Linear algebra, in particular for problem solving related to geometry in the
    Euclidean 3 dimensional space.
  • Numerical methods for equations solving,
    integration of differential equations, function approximation and
    interpolation, optimisation.
  • Classical mechanics for kinematics and dynamics
    of point masses, dynamics of rigid body, dynamics expressed in non-inertial
    frames, conservation laws in mechanics, gravitational forces and field, orbit
    dynamics.
