Project Ingenier is responsible for using project management, stage gate, and Six Sigma methodologies to lead cross‑functional activities, from inception, through planning, design, prototyping, and commercial launch, for new product development projects (Extruded plastics, sealant films, or rubber/elastomers).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the administrative NPD activities necessary to drive projects from idea generation to successful commercialization, in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and other functions; also customers and suppliers.
• Define project KPI’s, upfront project scoping, resource needs, and success criteria.
• Define resources (i.e. people, skillset, investment (CAPEX)) to ensure project launch, ramp up and full production.
• Project documentation should be harmonized and follow TekniPlex’s guidelines/procedures (i.e. project charters, stage gate milestones, stakeholder updates).
