Role Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through full production ramp‑up.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering) to ensure successful product launches.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for new products.
