Requirements

• Must have:
  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Experience working autonomously and independently
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Requirements management (User Stories, backlog, acceptance criteria)
  • Process modeling (BPMN, flow diagrams)
  • Documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Visio, etc.)
• Desired Skills:
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Organization and priority management

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients or stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
• Document current (AS-IS) and proposed (TO-BE) processes.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation (use cases, specifications, workflow...
