Job Description
**Objective**
Ensure the achievement of production targets in the assigned area by guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards. This role exists to maintain stable operations, protect people and equipment, and drive continuous improvement through effective management of processes, resources, and frontline teams.
**The Role**
As a Production Engineer, you will oversee daily plant operations while ensuring adherence to manufacturing procedures, industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and Clarios values. You will lead shift activities, coordinate with maintenance, planning, and quality teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.
You will also manage incident response, support audits, coach high‑performance teams, implement Lean/TPM practices, and ensure continuity of operations across shifts.
