We are looking for a Service Engineer Jr. to join our team in Querétaro (Centro Sur).
This role focuses on technical support, troubleshooting, and equipment service in an industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide remote technical support and troubleshootingDiagnose and resolve equipment issuesPerform in-house repairsSupport spare parts and inventory managementDeliver remote training to customers and internal teamsMaintain accurate documentation in CRM systemsRequirements:Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related1+ year of experience in maintenance or installation (control systems, CNC, automation, or measurement equipment)Basic PLC and fieldbus knowledgeAdvanced English (C1)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsValid passport and visaOffer:Salary: $20,000–$25,000 MXN/monthBenefits: Grocery vouchers, private medical insurance,Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
