• Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures.
• Must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations.
• Must perform as a flexible team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people.
• Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and related software.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks.

Qualifications

• Proficient with structural design analysis programs; RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD…etc.
