Lead Engineer (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

About the Role:
We're looking for a transformational leader to build and scale the global supply chain with a next-generation, AI-native platform. You'll lead the architecture and built for AI at its heart.
You'll work closely with commercial, operations, and product teams to align customer goals with supply chain solutions that drive results at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the AI-first technical vision and roadmap. Lead the transition from a monolithic Django/Python/PostgreSQL stack to modular, event-driven, multi-tenant services, embedding DevOps excellence through CI/CD, IaC, and security-by-design.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience delivering AI-first platforms (not just AI-enhanced features)
- 8+ years building SaaS platforms, 3+ years in a senior or lead role
