Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing production support, developing and optimizing production processes based on established procedures and standards, and also supporting projects in different areas of the plant.
• Production support to meet performance and quality metrics
• Production lines improvement
• Operations and process standardization
• Analysis of times and movements
• Provide corrective and preventive actions
• Cost reduction projects
• Support and participate in the 5s program and Kaizen events
• Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
• Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
• Quality-Reduce DPM's
• Quality Management System

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (industrial, mechatronic, mechanic).
