Summary

Network Security Engineers offer support for a wide variety of network security–related devices, including firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and others. Technologies include cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OCI) and vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, F5, and Juniper. The role is a 1‑year contract with the possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities

• Device upkeep and maintenance, ensuring configuration consistency across client‑managed platforms.
• Participate in change management, device patching schedules, and security advisory reviews.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and assist lower‑level support resources.
• Validate complex infrastructure changes in lab/sandbox environments.
• Stay current with the latest security trends and cutting‑edge network technologies.
• Ensure technical documentation is up to date and accurately logged.
