Your new Company:

Our client’s parent company has been established for 10 years and has projects in Solar, BESS, Biomass in several Asian countries.  In Japan, partnered with a major Japanese trading house they have 1GW of BESS projects under construction/development with more planned.

This role will be responsible for performing scrivener arrangements and provide support to structuring, governance, and compliance across the portfolio of project companies.
