What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for the development and transfer of injection molding processes for new projects, formulating technical solutions, designing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE), establishing robust process windows, and ensuring product manufacturability;
2. Continuously optimize injection molding parameters, improve product yield and equipment efficiency, analyze and resolve injection molding quality issues during production;
