Injection Moulding Operator

We are a small but dynamic business specializing in Screening we require the

Injection Moulding Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines according to work instructions and production schedules
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
• Inspect moulded parts for defects such as warping, short shots, or flash
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report faults or breakdowns
• Prepare frames for moulding (put clips on).

· Trim panels.

· Checking that the item manufactured is per job card/ job description

• Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and moulds
• Record production data, scrap levels, and downtime accurately
• Follow health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times
• Assist with mould changes and machine start-ups when required
