Injury Management Lead

Role Overview:

Join our People, Quality and Partnerships team in a pivotal role as The Injury Management Lead. This role is responsible for facilitating the timely and effective recovery, rehabilitation, and return to work of employees who have sustained injuries or illnesses whilst at work.

This role involves provision of expert advice, ensuring compliance with relevant workers compensation/injury management legislation and Self Insurance requirements, across UnitingSA. This role leads reporting and data requirements as well as leading escalated cases at tribunal hearings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience in injury management, claims management and return to work within a self-insured environment.
