Ink Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities Sustain and continuously improve Latex Ink manufacturing processes across dispersion, milling, blending, filtration, and ink filling.
Use strong data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and performance gaps, and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
Drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce waste, increase throughput, and lower manufacturing cost.
Monitor and optimize critical process parameters to improve process capability and stability.
Lead process characterization, margin studies, and statistical analysis using engineering and analytical tools.
Support process troubleshooting, technical investigations, and corrective action implementation.
Implement process, equipment, and automation improvements to enhance productivity and asset utilization.
Enhance process monitoring and control using SCADA/HMI, SPC, JMP, and Power BI dashboards.
Maintain process documentation and provide training to Operations staff.
