Key accountabilities:
Define, set-up and monitor the Acceleration/Implementation plan (planning, deliverables, budget…) in collaboration with the project team and the end-customer (platforms, regions, departments).
Provide all necessary support to ease project development: skills, methodology, processes, documents.
Ensure permanent bridge between projects/startups and end-customer (inputs, outputs)
Monitor and inform on project/collaboration progress.
Make regular recommendations on project/collaboration follow-up.
