Overview To support the delivery of the Bank's innovation and AI agenda by driving initiatives from concept to execution, coordinating across internal technology teams and external partners, and increasing AI awareness and adoption across the organisation. Responsibilities: Innovation & AI Initiative Delivery

• Drive AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from discussion to execution.
• Translate ideas and proposals into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with Cloud, AI Partnership, RPA, and DevOps teams to align initiatives and priorities.
