The Innovation Engineer will play a pivotal role within Lear’s regional Innovation Hub, operating under the EU & Africa Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of manufacturing, digitalisation, and technology deployment, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts across Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and IT. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing integrated systems to enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and process control across Lear’s regional operations.
Scope of the Position
