Job Description
The Innovation Specialist will be a core part of the broader Reinvent initiative, which aims to support the development and implementation of the Firm's Reinvent strategy. The role-holder will cultivate a culture of innovation by equipping employees with methodologies, tools, and crucially, the confidence to adopt a client-centric approach. They will encourage using creative problem-solving techniques, enabling collaboration with our colleagues and clients to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the client experience.
Additionally, the role will involve assisting with specific projects led by the Practice Innovation team, a globally diverse group of strategic and empathetic thinkers committed to improving the client experience through creative problem-solving.
