Innovations Manager

Job Purpose

This person will assist in product innovation projects across new segments and formats under the Food category, under the supervision of the Lifelab Health & Nutrition Category Director. The primary responsibility is to drive the end-to-end process of product ideation, incubation, commercialization, and post-launch evaluation to unlock growth opportunities within assigned segments.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Product Development

• Support the design and execution of innovation projects within the food category, from concept to launch.
• Conduct market scans, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities in food.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory) to develop feasible and differentiated product concepts.
• Manage timelines and milestones to ensure projects progress efficiently from incubation to commercialization.
