Inorganic Expansion Manager

Job Summary

The Inorganic Expansion Director is responsible for helping deliver the targets of the Inorganic Agency Leaders under the Distribution Expansion Department. Reporting to the Inorganic Growth Head, the Inorganic Expansion Director is responsible in strategizing, drafting an offer plan, under the Inorganic Expansion Segment for industry and non- industry candidates in order to achieve the program objectives and KPIs of the segment. This includes working with the Inorganic Growth Head in the conceptualization, design of offers and packages to candidates, as well as training and meeting facilitation, design, analysis and evaluation, performance management, report generation, database management, project management, and collaboration with various teams within the company eg the sales management team, Distribution Expansion team, and other departments.
