Inpatient Medical Coder

We're seeking an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role based in Metro Manila. As an Inpatient Medical Coder, you will be responsible for accurately coding and classifying medical records to ensure optimal reimbursement and compliance with industry standards.

What you'll be doing

• Review and analyse inpatient medical records to assign the appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies and obtain additional information as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to identify and address coding errors.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding rules, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to other members of the coding team.
