JOB SUMMARY

• Under the general supervision of the Team Supervisor and Coding Manager, Team Leader is responsible for creating, organizing, developing, monitoring and documenting the daily activities of a group of medical coders, auditors, trainers or customer service agents which include but may not be limited to the following tasks relative to team management, client support and team members' personal and professional development.
• SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY
• The work of this position is guided by defined policies, guidelines, and established practices and precedents.
