We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inpatient Medical Coder - Junior to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in accurately translating medical records into standardized codes, supporting the billing and reimbursement process, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and coding reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate and precise including our co-source partners
• Assign and sequence all PCS and ICD-10 codes for services rendered when required
• Comply with all Medicare policy requirements including coding initiatives and guidelines
• Work independently from assigned work queues
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
