Inpatient Medical Coder

What you'll be doing

• Accurately code inpatient medical records using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG guidelines
• Ensure timely and compliant coding of all assigned medical records
• Communicate with medical staff to clarify documentation and resolve coding queries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of coding policies and procedures
• Participate in regular audits and quality assurance activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Medcial Coder, preferably with a focus on DRG coding
• With Advance Excel Knowledge
• Proficient in the use of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG coding systems
• Must have knowledge with Flu Vaccination Guidelines
