Inpatient Operations, Snr Exec / Manager UP8000 (Central) #HCY

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support the Department in hospital transformation projects relevant to inpatient operations, including infrastructure and IT initiatives.
• To support the Department in hospital transformation projects related to the Hospital without Walls initiative.
• To support the Department and Nursing in ICU, HDU, and General Wards for care and process redesign, IT and automation enhancements, and job redesign initiatives.
• To support the Department in leading project management of inpatient-related projects, covering initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring, including sourcing for funding and procurement.
• To support the Manager / Assistant Manager in achieving the team's and Department's short-term and long-term goals, aligned with the hospital's overall strategies and priorities.
