Inside Account Executive — AI-Driven Search & Security

WinsAbove is seeking a high-energy Inside Account Executive to drive revenue in the Barcelona region. You will build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close multi-stakeholder deals.

This role requires strong sales execution, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be responsible for strategic outreach, conducting discovery, and leading negotiations while ensuring customer success.

Compensation includes a base salary plus variable components, with typical earnings ranging from €78,300 to €123,900 EUR.
