Inside Automation Support and Portals Specialist

is in direct contact with customers, suppliers, and Business Unit employees to effectively resolve concerns and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting activities, taking ownership of issues, delivering solutions, and supporting customer and supplier portal transactions including Conexiom, Ariba, and Taulia.
